About ME

Welcome!
Finding the right support in which you feel affirmed and seen is an important process. I am a Black/Biracial, queer, cis woman who has worked with the queer community since the start of my career.

If you’ve ever felt like parts of you are in conflict—one part trying to move forward while another holds you back—you’re not alone. I offer a compassionate, transformative approach to understanding and healing the inner parts that shape your emotions, behaviors, and relationships. As an IFS informed therapist, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can gently explore these parts of yourself. Together, we’ll work to unburden pain, reconnect with your innate wisdom, and build a more harmonious internal world. You don’t need to fix yourself. You need space to listen—to all of yourself—with compassion.

It is my goal that our work together will help you to better understand yourself and your relationships. I create an affirming space for all clients including neurodivergent and queer folks. I offer empathic listening balanced with authentic feedback to support clients in regaining connection with their best self. I attend to clients in the context of the systems they were raised in and work to hold an anti oppressive and anti coercive lens as a therapist.
